Our Services include mobile puzzle games such as Solitaire and other content we may offer from time to time. Some features may be free, while others may require in-app purchases.
Most of our games do not require an account. If an account is created, you are responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity under your account.
Certain features may be purchased in-app (e.g., ad removal, virtual items). These purchases are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Virtual items hold no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Our Services may contain links or features from third parties. Use of such services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices.
Our Services are provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free performance. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States (or your local laws if required by mandatory regulation). Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, by binding arbitration.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective when posted. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the new Terms.
